Designing our own work surfaces began with a circular blue table for our first design studio. The 10 foot diameter table merges a common desk with a conference table, a symbol for non-hierarchical communal design across disciplines. We followed it with brushed steel tables with a minimalist profile, and an aluminum table and benches inspired by volumetric wireframes with blue anodized polygon fills. Our most recent work surfaces are made of thin profile oiled American Walnut with recessed cable slots for an uncluttered desk-scape. The Electric Chair is woven with HomeDepot extension chords that light up at connection points.
